Free meditation sessions take place on the Zoom platform on Mondays from 7pm – 8pm and Tuesdays from 11am – 12 noon
During these sessions you will experience mindfulness practices that may help you to manage anxiety and the daily stresses in your life such as those caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. They may also help you find relief from high blood pressure, insomnia, depression and many other emotional issues.

Mindfulness for Life Sessions
Free Mindfulness for Life sessions take place each Monday after the meditation session.
During these sessions you will learn how to go a little deeper with your meditation practice. You will also learn how to use the practices to manage anxiety and the daily stresses in your life such as those caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The emphasis of this session will be on the cultivation of positive emotions such as loving kindness and generosity. If you can stay on for this session after the meditation you will be most welcome.

One to one Mindfulness-based Therapy
During these sessions we will help you with the issues you are having in your life. Whether you are feeling stressed or experiencing anxiety or depression, mindfulness-based approaches can be very effective in providing relief. One to one sessions can provide an individually tailored approach allowing you to bring mindfulness practices into your life in ways that suit both your living situation and your working schedule if appropriate.
Our approach is based on Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It will help you to apply mindfulness practices in realistic and practical ways. During the Covid-19 pandemic, sessions take place on the Zoom platform. Sessions cost €60 and last between 60 and 90 minutes.
